Born and raised in Laredo, Texas, Ashley Ramirez is a dedicated educational leader with more than 17 years of experience in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and teacher and student development. Ms. Ramirez holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Arts and Reading and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Reading from Texas A&M International University, and has extensive experience in the classroom, instructional leadership, assessment management, curriculum development, and school improvement planning. Committed to servant leadership, Ms. Ramirez believes that investing in people, building trust, and maintaining high expectations are the foundation of lasting school improvement. She aspires to continue serving the community in instructional leadership and campus administration, where she can inspire excellence, develop future leaders, and create opportunities for every student to thrive. Together with her four children, it is a privilege to continue serving the community that has shaped her passion for education.
