Teacher 2nd Grade
Coach Mary Barnes has been teaching for 16 years. She has taught in Pre-K, Kindergarten, second grade and third grade. Coach Barnes will be starting her third year with Somerset Academy Collegiate. She taught at the Lone Star Campus for one year. She enjoys teaching and developing relationships with students and their families. Her hobbies are gardening, reading and she enjoys spending time with her 2 grandchildren. She loves animals and currently has a dog and a cat. She looks forward to a new school year.
